A custom kitchen

I designed, built, finished, and installed this kitchen. The doors and drawers fronts are a simple shaker style, but made to exact measurements to keep a precise reveal. The crown molding is a four piece design that matches the window and door trim in the room. I brought the face frame all the way down to the floor and cut a nice arc in them to give the illusion of feet. All the wooden counter tops are made of American walnut. The counter tops around the stove were made with food safe glue and are simply finished with mineral oil. The bar top is is finished with a wipe on poly. The cabinets are finished with a water based acrylic-alkyd paint. Before applying two coats of finish I applied three coats of primer and meticulously sanded with 320 grit sandpaper. This kitchen functions well, has lots of storage, and looks beautiful.
commercial work

All my commercial work is made to the highest standards. so as to remain functional and beautiful for many years. This particular wall display in the lobby of an apartment building is 26 feet long and almost 11 feet high, but as you can see there are no visible fasteners. the commercial cabinets and counter tops that I install are made to exact standards and dimensions set forth by the engineers and/or the customers. I have built and installed commercial cabinets, for all kinds of business including restaurants, hospitals, spas, schools and apartment buildings like the one in the picture above.
exterior work

When building exterior structures or finishing exteriors I believe its the little things that matter. This is true because all siding and trim can leak. If the rain screening is not done properly water can leak into building for years doing untold damage, wreaking floors cabinets and furniture. My understanding of these problems and my knowledge of the products means I can put out the highest quality products.
Rooftop Benches

These benches have frames made from pretreated lumber. Then the frames were wrapped in black starboard, and cover in cedar strips. Honestly, building and finishing the benches was the easy part. Getting the material lifted up to the roof and working up there was the real challenge.
